Testimonials

The Emerging Leaders Programme has been instrumental in broadening my understanding of effective problem-solving techniques and strategic decision-making solutions. A pivotal aspect of the programme was the collaborative group project, where individuals from various credit co-ops convened to address common challenges and brainstorm solutions. Engaging in both online and face-to-face discussions was immensely rewarding, especially with the mentorship provided by Republic Polytechnic lecturers. This experience has been invaluable in refining my problem-solving skills and fostering meaningful connections within the cooperative community.”
