Organised by SNCF for co-operative leaders, the Annual Co-operative Leaders' Conference 2025 will return on 30 October-2 November 2025.
With the Singapore Co-operative Movement's 10-year Transformation Roadmap unveiled, this gathering calls on co-operative leaders to take bold action, to be stewards of social impact and a stabilising force in times of change. The programme line-up features targeted sessions to future-proof the Movement.
Here's what you can expect on 31 October and 1 November.
"An initiative under SCM Transformation Roadmap"
By embodying the values of the Singapore Co-operative Movement (SCM) through interactions at international events, conferences or other international engagements, every co-operator serves as an ambassador and helps to present a unified and positive image of SCM on the international stage.
•Act with Professionalism and Respect: Approach interactions with a spirit of care and service, upholding the shared reputation of SCM and your co-operative. Participate and show genuine appreciation for diverse cultures with sensitivity, openness and respect.
•Foster Constructive Engagement: Collaborate in a way that builds lasting relationships and shared understanding with event organisers and participants. When concerns arise, address them thoughtfully and with decorum, always seeking the well-being of the wider community.
2. Building Trust and Nurturing Relationships
•Respect Confidentiality: Treat entrusted information with care, sharing only what is appropriate and honouring the trust placed in you.
•Be a Thoughtful Representative: Share honest and accurate perspectives and take time to consult with others before making commitments, ensuring that collective wisdom guides your actions.
•Uphold Ethics: Exercise sound judgment about gifts or hospitality with mindfulness and integrity, always reflecting the co-operative movement’s ethical foundation.
•Professional Online Communication: Communicate online in ways that are professional and protective of the reputation and privacy of everyone involved.
