Gearing up the next generation of leaders
Reaching 100 years is a monumental milestone. The Singapore Co-operative Movement represents a century of resilience, dedication, compassion, and, most importantly, passion for the cause. The movement instils a sense of responsibility, social well-being, and the power of collective action in fostering mutual assistance.
We recognise the importance to introduce the co-operative model to the younger generation and help them understand how a co-op functions beyond just credit co-ops, as such we are bringing in new and younger talent to the board to prepare the next generation of co-op leaders.
