Have You Updated Your SCM Branding Yet?

SCM100 has officially ended. With it, a new call to change your branding.

The confetti have come down. The celebrations have wrapped up. But the story of the Singapore Co-operative Movement is far from over.

Throughout 2025, co-operatives across Singapore proudly flew the SCM100 flag as we marked a century of co-operativism, community and collective social impact. Together, we celebrated 100 years of how co-operatives empowering people and building a movement that continues to make a difference.

As we step into a new chapter, co-operatives are encouraged to transition from the SCM100 logo to the refreshed Singapore Co-operative Movement (SCM) logo.

While the update may appear subtle, it carries an important message. The refreshed logo now features the tagline: "Empowering Communities Since 1925". 

More than a tagline, it is a reminder of who we are and what unites us. Across generations, co-operatives have helped Singaporeans save, learn, care for one another and build stronger communities. Today, that mission continues.

What You Need To Do

As you refresh your materials, please update existing SCM100 branding on:

  • 1. Websites and landing pages
  • 2. Email signatures
  • 3. Presentation decks
  • 4. Publications and reports
  • 5. Marketing and event collateral
  • 6. Social media assets where applicable

A Few Quick Brand Reminders

When using the SCM logo:

✓ Use only the latest approved logo files from the SCM Brand Kit

✓ Maintain sufficient clear space around the logo

✓ Do not stretch, distort or recolour the logo

✓ Do not recreate or modify any logo elements

✓ Use the logo with the tagline wherever possible. The logo without the tagline should only be used in situations where space or co-branding requirements necessitate it.

As we move beyond our centennial year, a consistent brand identity helps strengthen recognition of the wider movement and reminds Singaporeans that while individual co-operatives may serve different communities, we remain part of one shared story.

SNCF is the apex body of Singapore’s Co-operative Movement, and secretariat of the Central Co-operative Fund (CCF). Formed in 1980 with the aim of championing Singapore’s Co-operative Movement, the apex body represents majority of co-operative members in Singapore through its affiliated co-operatives.
